Blessing of the Animals

Father Gaines will be blessing pets at 5:30 pm on the front steps of the Cathedral! October 4th is the Feast of Saint Francis and all are welcome to bring their animals for a special blessings. Please make sure your pet is caged, on a leash, or otherwise restrained - it would be highly problematic if your pet cat decided to eat someone's pet bird. St. Francis would not be happy.
